What can to much stress do to your unborn baby at 16 weeks pregnant?

My mom stressed me so much today n im worried about my baby. Ive heard things about having a misscaraige if u have to much stress. I went to the doctor last week and we heard the babys heart beat n everything was okay. What do you think can happen if i stressed to much at 16 weeks pregnant
