Do you think a 15 year old pregnant girl should face life in prison...?

They consider a person to be alive after 24 wks gestation in the womb so it was technically murder, however not if they can't link the drug to the baby's death..it could have died for another reason that wasn't the mums fault. However, she took drugs knowing she could kill her unborn child so she should be charged. There needs to be a seperate law when the death is of an unborn infant.
