On bed rest with two young children?

I am 7months pregnant and about a week ago i was having bad labor pains, my doctor put me on bed rest but i have two young children(2 and 10months). Its so frustrating sitting in a bed all day. i no its what best for my unborn child but any tips from mom who had to go through this? I have my brother helping with the kids at the time being.
