Can you help me identify this song, i thought it was by sublime but idk?

I heard it playing on a radio outdoors and i didnt think to ask the name of it. It starts with a repeated guitar picking pattern and they repeat "its a pleasure to meet ya" a few times in a row throughout the song. Thats all I remember, it sounds islandy/ska, nd i thought it was sublime but I cant find it
