Is it okay to take doxylamine as well as prenatal vitamines?

I am 11 weeks pregnant and since i was 6 weeks ive been taking doxylamine pills for my morning sickness as well as prenatal vitamines. are these okay to take together? I just want to make sure i dont harm my unborn baby in any way.
