I saw a clip on Russell Howard's Good News and I was wondering who it is?

The clip was shown this evening,28th April,about Prince William's wedding and it showed an Irish man reporting for an American channel and asking weird questions like "Does Prince William like ska music?" I know the person from somewhere but I can't think from where so anybody who knows what channel it's from,what the guy's name is or whether there's videos of it on the internet,if they could answer that'd be great.Thanks, and no stupid answers please!
