Apartment was in her name. She put in a 30 day, moved out for 2 months, do i have to let her back in?

I am riding out the eviction process, which has not even started yet. There are no utilities in her name since she moved out. now she is demanding to move back in does she have that right? she changed her mailing address, no longer receives mail here. also, when she moved out she canceled all of her utilities. they are now in my name.
